Małgorzata Szczurek graduated her master's from the Faculty of Sculpture and Spatial Projects of the University of the Fine Arts Poznañ (2013). She did her practical diploma under the tuition of prof. Marcin Berdyszak and a practical one under the tuition of prof. Alicja Kępińska. She works with sculpture, artistic textile and painting. She has participated in many exhibitions, including the 15^th International Triennial of Tapestry in the Central Museum of Textiles in Łódź, Poland (2016); the Poznań Design Days 2015; the “Mała Czarna” Gallery in Łódź (2015); the “FAMA” Festival in Świnoujście, Poland (2014); the Zukunftsvisionen Art Festival in Göerlitz, Germany (2014); the Interdisciplinary Arts Festival City of Stars in Żyrardów, Poland (2013); the “Wiosna Młodych”, the ZAMEK Culture Centre in Poznań, Poland (2013); the “Premedytacje / konteksty”, the Skalar Office Center, Poznań (2012); the Józef Kopczyński 2^nd Student Biennial of Small Sculptural Form (2011); the “Premedytacje / przeplot”, the Central Museum of Textiles in Łódź (2010).
