Motto: The Icelandic nature has been the most influential in my art. I have sought inspiration in nature and worked from it in an abstract way. These are memory fragments of elements in nature where the combination of material and method is an important factor. It is great to be able to use old traditional materials like the flax and morph into modern textile.
