Biography:

Anna Kuźmitowicz graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Łódź, Poland in 2001. She worked as a designer in the clothing industry from 2001 to 2010. The main exhibitions and artistic activities she has participated include: an open air weaving session in Wołomin, Poland in 2001; the 5th EKO-BALT International Painting and Unique Textile Biennial in Gdynia, Poland in 2009; the Polish National Exhibition of Miniature Textile in Central Museum of Textiles in Łódź, Poland in 2010 and 2013; the “Czas wzrastania” exhibition, the “Droga światła” exhibition and the “Na fali zdumień” exhibition in the “Na Jatkach” Weaving Gallery in Wrocław, Poland in 2011, 2012 and 2014; the “Struktura i kolor” solo exhibition of the unique textile in the Regional Museum in Głowno, Poland in 2011 and the “Modnie i wygodnie” exhibition of the knitwear from the Central Museum of Textiles in Łódź in 2013.
