Biography:

Katarzyna Mądrzycka-Adamczyk graduated with honours from the Faculty of Textile and Clothing at the Academy of Fine Arts in Łódź, Poland in 2006. Recently she has participated in exhibitions such as: the 9th International Exhibition of the Miniature Textile at the 13th International Textile Triennial; the 12th Polish National Exhibition of Unique Textiles in the scope of the 14th International Triennial of Unique Textiles in the Central Museum of Textiles in Łódź in 2010 and 2013; the 7th “Z krosna do Krosna” International Artistic Linen Cloth Biennial – opening exhibition in the Bureau for Artistic Exhibitions in Krosno, Poland in 2012. Katarzyna has also participated in travelling exhibitions in: Šarišská galéria in Prešov, Slovakia in 2013; the Slovenské národné múzeum – Múzeum ukrajinskej kultúry in, Slovakia in 2013; Göcseji Múzeum in Zalaegerszeg, Hungary in 2013; 7th International Painting and Unique Textile Biennial in the Museum of Gdańsk, Poland in 2013. Her works can be found in the Central Museum of Textiles in Łódź, Poland, the MuseumCrafts in Krosno as well as in private collections in Poland and abroad.
