Bogusława Jaroszewicz-Fogler graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw in 1978. Her exhibitions include: the Polish National Exhibition of Miniature Textiles in Łódź from 1985-2016; the “Z krosna do Krosna” International Artistic Linen Cloth Biennial in the Museum of Crafts in Krosno in 2008, 2010, 2012, 2014 and 2016; the Polish National Exhibition of Unique Textiles in Łódź in 2010 and 2013; the 1st Silk Painting Biennial in Milanówek, Poland in 2014; and the International Triennial of Tapestry in the Central Museum of Textiles in Łódź in 2016. Bogusława has held numerous solo exhibitions, such as: the Chamber Scene of Polish Theatre Gallery in Warsaw, Poland in 1995; the “Fragmenty” exhibition in the “Apteka Sztuki” Gallery in Warsaw in 2012; the “Przenikania” exhibition at Galeria 72 in Chełm in 2013; the “Pół na pół” exhibition in the “Apteka Sztuki” Gallery in Warsaw in 2014; the “Bogna Fogler. Tkanina” exhibition in the “Test” Gallery in Warsaw in 2015; and the “Przeczytane... Znalezione...” exhibition in the “Okno na Sztukę” Gallery in Kutno Community Centre in Kutno, Poland in 2016. Bogusława has received numerous awards, including: the “Z krosna do Krosna” 6th International Artistic Linen Cloth Biennial in 2010 – 3rd Prize for the “Note from a journey 2/ 2010” artwork; the International Weaving and Fiber Art Arras Concours Cultural Association in Parma, Italy – 1st Prize for the “Read... 2011” artwork and 3rd Prize for the “Reflecting on…” artwork in 2012.
